1- How To Set Up Blog Hosting



Once you click on the above link, you will see the Bluehost hosting website. First, click on the “Get Started Now” button.


Now you should select a hosting plan according to your requirement

The “Basic” package is most likely all you will need.

Click “Select” on your chosen plan, and then you will need to create your domain name.


Enter your domain name in the “new domain” box. If you already own a domain then you can simply enter it on “I have a domain name” box.

Once you’ve found one that’s available, enter it and click “Next”.

Fill in your information.
The default selected plan will be of 36 months. You can change it to a shorter plan! but a hosting plan for the short time period will be costlier. 

Bluehost will automatically tick some of these. You do not need any, But I recommended adding the top option, is Domain Privacy Protection, which is only $0.99 per month. This is so that your contact information stays safe.

Then enter your payment information underneath. Fill all the required payment details. You can also make payment through PayPal. You will find this option by clicking on "more payment options". 
Checking on the box for Terms of Service then press “submit”.


Then Click on the “Create your password” button.


 Just create a password and check the box of “I have read and agree then Click on "Next" button


 Then click “Login”.


2-How to a Setup WordPress Account


Now click on the activation link provided in your email. Then click on hosting from the main blue menu then click on the website from its submenu. Then click on the install link. as in the screenshot below.

 Now select your domain then click on next.


After completing the setup process, open new window and write a URL in the address bar.

It will show you a login window, where you have to login into your WordPress account


After login into the WordPress dashboard, 

Great! You now have a WordPress blog.

3- How to Understand WordPress Dashboard



Once you log in, you will be taken to WordPress dashboard. If you are doing this for the first time, the dashboard my look complicated, but you don't have to be scared. I will explain the most important parts of the WordPress dashboard. By using it frequently, you will learn new things.

1. Posts

“Posts” includes these options:
All Posts: All the posts you have on your blog.
Add New: Create a new Blog Post.
Categories and tags: Your posts organised into categories and tags.

2. Media

“Media” includes these options:
Library: This is where any images, videos or other media files you upload will be stored.
Add New: upload new media files

3. Pages

“Pages”includes these options:
All Pages: This is where you'll have all your blog pages.
Add New:  Add a new page to your blog.

4. Appearance

Appearanceincludes these options:
Themes: Change your Wordpress blog theme. You can either buy a theme, or use a free one.
Customise: Here you can make changes to the look of your blog.
Widgets: It can be added to specific places to make it easier to browse your blog.
Menus: This helps make your blog easier to navigate by providing links to different parts of your blog.
Editor: By this option, you can edit the coding for themes so that your blog looks and functions differently. 

5. Plugins

Plugins are tools that help you to do a variety of things. You can use plugins to make your site look more professional, or turn it into an e-commerce site etc.

6. Settings

This option has General, Reading, Writing, Discussion, Media And Permalinks. "Reading" section allows you to determine how your front page looks like. Permalinks allow you to select how your Url blog post looks and other options is not very important.
